Delays caused by incomplete or late inputs may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All work produced by Fineer Tech remains our intellectual property until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, rights are transferred as defined in the agreement

Fineer Tech retains the right to reference completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless restricted by a written confidentiality clause.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:

  • Business information

  • Technical data

  • Personal or proprietary information

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.

7. Payments & Fees

  • Payment terms are defined in contracts or proposals

  • All invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

Unless stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • As outlined in the agreement

  • For material breach

  • For non-payment

Upon termination:

  • All completed work must be compensated

  • Access to deliverables is governed by the agreement terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Fineer Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service

We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external tools.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse or disrupt the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Distribute malicious or unlawful content

We reserve the right to restrict access for violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh 🇧🇩, with consideration for international business standards where services are delivered.

Disputes should be resolved amicably before legal proceedings.

12. Amendments
